Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2V2P4 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of UBE2V2P4’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where UBE2V2P4 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types UBE2V2P4 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LUAD and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUAD, LUSC, and STAD are the cancer types where UBE2V2P4 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
