Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2V2P1 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of UBE2V2P1’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where UBE2V2P1 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types UBE2V2P1 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
COAD, THCA, and READ are the cancer types where UBE2V2P1 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
