Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2V1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2V1 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UBE2V1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2V1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where UBE2V1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
