Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2T RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,555 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2T-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, and Nuclear DNA replication. Each is linked with UBE2T in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2T-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2T results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication grouped by UBE2T-low versus UBE2T-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
