UBE2SP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2SP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,805 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2SP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2S, CENPM, and ZNF428. Each is linked with UBE2SP1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2SP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2SP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2SP1 versus UBE2S in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2SP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2SP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
