UBE2R2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,226 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDRBS1, SLC25A51, and FUBP3. Each is linked with UBE2R2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2R2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2R2 versus KHDRBS1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
