UBE2R2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,103 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2R2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBAP2, STOML2, and DNAJA1. Each is linked with UBE2R2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2R2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2R2 versus UBAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
