UBE2R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2R2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 890 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RNU6-789P, and TRAJ30. Each is linked with UBE2R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2R2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by UBE2R2-low versus UBE2R2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
