Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2Q2P8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBE2Q2P8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UBE2Q2P8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2Q2P8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and BLCA are the cancer types where UBE2Q2P8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
