UBE2Q1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Q1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Q1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRCC, RPRD2, and TIPRL. Each is linked with UBE2Q1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Q1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Q1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2Q1 versus PRCC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Q1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Q1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
