UBE2Q1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Q1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,551 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Q1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TADA1, CCT3, and PRUNE1. Each is linked with UBE2Q1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Q1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Q1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2Q1 versus TADA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Q1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Q1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
