UBE2Q1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Q1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Q1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPZA1P5, RN7SL478P, and RNU6-919P. Each is linked with UBE2Q1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Q1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Q1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAPZA1P5 grouped by UBE2Q1-low versus UBE2Q1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Q1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Q1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
