UBE2NL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2NL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,846 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2NL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Maturation of LSU-rRNA. Each is linked with UBE2NL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2NL-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2NL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by UBE2NL-low versus UBE2NL-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2NL→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2NL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
