Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2MP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,057 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2MP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, Maturation of LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with UBE2MP1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2MP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2MP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence grouped by UBE2MP1-low versus UBE2MP1-high in ACC.
