Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2L6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2L6 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher UBE2L6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2L6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, SARC, and UCEC are the cancer types where UBE2L6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
