Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2L6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,384 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2L6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ISG15-protein conjugation, Defense response to virus, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen. Each is linked with UBE2L6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2L6-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2L6 results are reported.
