Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2L5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2L5 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher UBE2L5 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2L5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and HNSC show a favorable association.
PDAC, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where UBE2L5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
