UBE2L5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2L5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,041 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2L5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of macrophage proliferation, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure. Each is linked with UBE2L5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2L5-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2L5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of macrophage proliferation grouped by UBE2L5-low versus UBE2L5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2L5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2L5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
