Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,476 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2L3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with UBE2L3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2L3-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2L3 results are reported.
