UBE2J2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2J2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,600 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2J2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA2013, FGD3, and SSU72. Each is linked with UBE2J2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2J2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2J2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2J2 versus KIAA2013 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2J2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2J2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
