Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2J1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2J1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher UBE2J1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2J1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LGG, and LUSC are the cancer types where UBE2J1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
