Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2H data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher UBE2H Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LGG are the cancer types where UBE2H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
