UBE2E3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2E3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2E3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM17P2, FECHP1, and RNU6-961P. Each is linked with UBE2E3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2E3-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2E3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBM17P2 grouped by UBE2E3-low versus UBE2E3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2E3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2E3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
