Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2E2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2E2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher UBE2E2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2E2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and LIHC are the cancer types where UBE2E2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
