Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2E2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2E2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher UBE2E2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2E2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where UBE2E2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
