Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2D4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2D4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher UBE2D4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2D4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where UBE2D4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
