UBE2D4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2D4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,802 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2D4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, Protein K63-linked ubiquitination, and Positive regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport. Each is linked with UBE2D4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2D4-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2D4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA grouped by UBE2D4-low versus UBE2D4-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2D4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2D4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
