Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,414 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL22, ETF1, and RNF14. Each is linked with UBE2D2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2D2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2D2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2D2 versus MRPL22 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
