Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2D1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2D1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher UBE2D1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2D1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where UBE2D1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
