Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2CP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBE2CP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher UBE2CP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2CP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where UBE2CP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
