The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher UBE2C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and STAD are the cancer types where UBE2C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
