Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2B data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher UBE2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UVM and COAD are the cancer types where UBE2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
