UBE2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with UBE2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2B-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by UBE2B-low versus UBE2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
