Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP. Each is linked with UBE2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2B-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by UBE2B-low versus UBE2B-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
