UBE2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,976 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are VBP1, CNIH1, and PSMD10. Each is linked with UBE2A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2A versus VBP1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
