UBE2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, HDDC3, and RCN3. Each is linked with UBE2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2A versus CUL4B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
