UBE2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,876 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF4A, RAD51, and CENPM. Each is linked with UBE2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2A versus KIF4A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
