UBE2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNA5SP412, and RNU6-440P. Each is linked with UBE2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by UBE2A-low versus UBE2A-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
