UBC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B_S1552, PPP1R13L_S567, and RALB. Each is linked with UBC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBC-to-partner and partner-to-UBC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBC versus TOP2B_S1552 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBC→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
