Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 750 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBC-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1B, DAZ4, and METAP2P1. Each is linked with UBC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBC-to-partner and partner-to-UBC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1B grouped by UBC-low versus UBC-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBC→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
