Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBC-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT76, C6orf118, and COX6A2. Each is linked with UBC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBC-to-partner and partner-to-UBC results are reported.
