Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,057 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, and Tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with UBBP4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBBP4-to-partner and partner-to-UBBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly grouped by UBBP4-low versus UBBP4-high in STAD.
