Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,117 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGMAR1, SMU1, and APTX. Each is linked with UBAP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP2-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAP2 versus SIGMAR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
