Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,921 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL4P5, MIR4510, and SAP30. Each is linked with UBAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP2-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP2 results are reported.
