UBAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,637 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPP, MRPL4, and PPAN. Each is linked with UBAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP2-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAP2 versus CLPP in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
