Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBAP1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBAP1L data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher UBAP1L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBAP1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH and KIRP are the cancer types where UBAP1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
