UBAP1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,712 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, IDE, and ASCC3. Each is linked with UBAP1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1L-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAP1L versus SEPTIN7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
