UBAP1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,465 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OGN, ASPA, and EPB41L5. Each is linked with UBAP1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1L-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAP1L versus OGN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
