Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBAP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,890 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Taurine biosynthetic process, Alkanesulfonate biosynthetic process, and mRNA 5'-splice site recognition. Each is linked with UBAP1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1L-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1L results are reported.
