Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBAP1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher UBAP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where UBAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
